Argumentet fra Jesu oppstandelse [Re-publisering fra 2024 med tillatelse]
This article explores whether and how the resurrection of Jesus can function as an argument for the existence of God. Engaging contemporary apologetic scholarship, the authors situate their analysis within an expanded framework of natural theology and focus particularly on evidentialist approaches. The article first argues for the historical credibility of Jesus’ resurrection by examining central facts and assessing alternative explanations. It then develops the resurrection as an argument against naturalism, as support for monotheistic theism, and as a specifically Christian theistic claim. Finally, the article briefly considers the implications of this argument for the theory and practice of Christian apologetics today.
